Yes, we accept all international credit / debit cards however, as we just operate in Australia, you can only buy tickets if you’re here in Australia.

This is a rare case that happens only with Apple Pay customers where the users don’t have their email setup correctly with their Apple Pay account.

If that’s you, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your Order ID and preferred email. We will then verify your order and send you the tickets.

All ticket purchases on the platform are non-refundable unless the event’s cancelled or postponed for any reason. Please contact the corresponding event organiser if you have any further questions.
